How We Schedule Live Tables
Our live dealer operations run 24 hours a day across three studio locations. We staff blackjack tables from 06:00 to midnight Jakarta time, roulette from 08:00 onwards, and Dragon Tiger during peak hours—typically 12:00 to 23:00. We post the full calendar on your account dashboard, and you can filter by game type or table limit to find matches for your play style.
Each table slot shows six key pieces of information: game name, current number of active seats, minimum and maximum bet amount, dealer assigned to that shift, and a "join" button if space is available. If a table reaches capacity—usually six players for blackjack or roulette—the status changes to "full," and you can click a queue button to wait for the next opening. We don't hold reserved seats; the first player to click "join" when a seat opens takes it.

Game Types and Table Limits
We run separate tables for each game variant. Blackjack tables open at six different minimum-bet levels: 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000, 250,000, and our welcome offer. Roulette uses the same tiered structure. Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo typically offer three limit options (low, mid, high) rather than six, because betting patterns on those games differ. Baccarat tables align with blackjack—six levels across our schedule.
We pair each table with a professional dealer who speaks Indonesian, English, or Mandarin. The schedule shows dealer language so you can join a table where communication feels natural. Many of our regular players in Jakarta prefer Indonesian-speaking dealers; others mix languages across multiple sessions throughout the day.
Peak Hours and Off-Peak Availability
We observe higher demand between 19:00 and 23:00 Jakarta time on weekdays, and from 14:00 to midnight on weekends. During these windows, we staff more tables—sometimes nine or ten simultaneous blackjack tables across different limits. Off-peak hours (02:00 to 08:00) see lower volume; we typically run three to four tables during those windows. The schedule reflects this rhythm, so planning around your local time helps you find a seat faster.
We also monitor events that draw player interest. When Liga 1 matches air in the evening or during international tournaments like the Piala AFF, we notice table traffic spikes after matches end. Our scheduling algorithm automatically provisions more tables on those nights, so we rarely turn players away—we simply add capacity within our studio limits.
We schedule with real-time demand data—adding tables when queues form, reducing them during quiet hours—so supply matches how players actually use the platform.
Joining a Table and Managing Your Seat
Once you select a table from the live schedule, clicking "join" reserves your seat for 30 seconds—time to confirm you want that table. The interface shows the current bet range, number of players already seated, and the dealer's name. If you don't confirm within 30 seconds, the seat opens to the next player in the queue. If you do confirm, you enter the live feed and can place bets on the next hand or spin.
We allow seat changes between hands. If you're at a our welcome offer minimum table and want to move to a our welcome offer table, you can exit the current table after your hand concludes and immediately join another table—no lock-in period. The schedule refreshes every 30 seconds to show current seat counts and queue depth.
We support both desktop and mobile access. Our app mirrors the full schedule feature on phones and tablets, so you can check table availability from anywhere. If you're at a table on desktop and your connection drops, you can log in via mobile and rejoin the same table within five minutes—the system treats it as a continuous session, not a new join.
Payment Methods and Deposits
We accept QRIS as our primary quick-deposit method. Scanning the e-wallet code via your bank app or mobile banking / local payment takes you through payment instantly—no fees, deposit arrives within seconds. We also accept online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment for those who prefer e-wallet routing. For direct bank transfers, we support e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment accounts. Deposits via bank transfer typically settle within one to two minutes.
Once your deposit is confirmed, your account balance updates on the live schedule dashboard, and you can immediately join a table. There is no waiting period between deposit and table access. Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method you deposited via, and we review all withdrawal requests within one business day—though most clear in hours.
Monitoring Table Activity and History
We log every table session in your account history. After you leave a table, you can review the hands you played—final card outcomes, bets placed, results—within the account portal. This history does not include other players' moves or cards, only your own activity. We store this data for your records and for withdrawal verification purposes, not for tracking play patterns.
The live schedule also shows "recently active" tables—games that had players in the last subject to verification. This helps you judge whether a particular table is worth joining now or if it's a quieter window. Tables that are empty (no active players) remain on the schedule but show a "starting soon" status. New players can join an empty table and wait for the dealer to seat you when another player joins, or you can move to an active table instead.
